About me: Hi! My name is Christian and I have worked as a General Virtual Assistant Operation Support for the last 3 and a half years. My last job was at Typoductions Inc where I Worked with the social media team in creating, following and updating various internal processes, systems, software and spreadsheets, to ensure clients’ accounts look their absolute best. Conducting daily routine “check-ups” or improving a client businesse's Google My Business (GMB) presence, including monitoring reviews. Performing various technical tasks for the internal team to assist in our clients’ online success, including specific directions to update client websites. and other Social media tasks like creating graphics and videos, scheduling, and creating post. In addition to GVA skills, I also have 11 years of call center experience. and being in the industry for that period, I've handled different types of customers, different types of inquiries, and different types of situations. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience and developed strong skills in customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking.
